The project consists of 6 buildings (A-F), with a height of 9 stories, with 68 apartments for each building. In the first phase, the A and F buildings will be developed, followed by the construction of two buildings at the same time.
In phase I the apartment mix consist of: 30 double studios (ground floor – 8th floor), 76 apartments with 2 rooms (ground floor – 8th floor) and 30 apartments with 3 rooms (1st floor – 9th floor).
We started Phase 2 – Blocks B and E, totaling 136 apartments, for which reservations have already begun.
