City Point is a modern residential complex, developed on an area of 12.5 hectares of which buildings will occupy only 40% of the land. The remaining land will be occupied by green spaces, functions and utilities for a quality life. The first phase is totaling 180 apartments of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms. In March 2014 the block of 45 apartments will have been completed. Structure and apartments on the 1st floor showroom will be available before the end of 2013.
